Uplift + Rise Diffuser Blend

As the name suggests, uplift & rise is an invigorating combination of citrus and floral essential oils that blends euphoric scents to uplift your mood. 

Ingredients: organic fractioned coconut oil (cocos nucifera),lavender essential oil (lavandula angustifolia), tangerine (citrus reticulata), black spruce essential oil (picea mariana), peppermint essential oil (mentha piperita), ylang ylang essential oil (cananga odorata), lemon essential oil (citrus limon), wild orange essential oil (citrus sinensis).

Directions: Diffuse, inhale directly from palms, or rub on chest or feet when seasonal and environmental threats are high.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice to clear airways.Diffuse at bedtime for a restful environment.

Topical use: apply one to two drops to desired areas. Use outdoors to minimize seasonal threats. Dilute with fractioned coconut oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Repeat as needed. 

*not suitable during breastfeeding as peppermint can decrease milk supply.

Store in a cool dark place and away from direct sunlight.
